What are your fees and monthly charges?

What are the income and credit qualifications?


Income must be three times monthly rent, no evictions or balances owed to previous apartment communities, & good payment history.

What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?


Pay Stub/Check or Bank Statement confirming monthly deposits.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?


All Lease Holders must pass a Credit & Background Check.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?


Yes, if terms of lease are met & there are no charges against the apartment after move out has been completed.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?


Lease will be enforced per TAA standards.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?


Yes, upon lease expiration with an additional $200 Month-To-Month Fee. The lease will automatically renew month-to-month unless either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice of termination or intent to move out as required per lease agreement.

What utilities are included in my lease?


No utilities are included.

How long is the term of the lease?


8, 9, 10, 11, 12, or 13 months.

Am I required to have renters’ insurance?


Yes

Do you offer furnished apartments?


Yes

Do you offer corporate apartments?


Yes

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?


Through the website, in person, or by phone call.

When is my rent payment due?


Rent is due the 1st day of each month.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?


Late Fees are charged on the 4th of the month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?


Rent shall be paid thru Online Portal.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?


Rent shall be paid thru Online Portal.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?


Per the lease agreement, anyone not listed as an occupant or lease holder cannot stay in the apartment for more than 7 days in one week without our prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?


In any parking space available or reserved.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?


Yes, please provide name & ages.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?


No.

Do you have cable services?


Yes, at resident expense.

Does the property have a fitness center?


Yes, a state of the art fully equipped fitness center located in the clubhouse.

Does the property have a swimming pool?


Yes

Does the property offer on-site recycling?


No

Are gas grills permitted at your property?


All grills are to be used 10 feet away from the structure of the building.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?


Yes, must return in original condition upon vacating. Paint must be approved by Property Management.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?


Yes
